Questions

Which warehouses does Aegis work with?

Aegis connects to Miami warehouses that run on the Logis warehouse platform, such as Shipave. You'll need the API key from your warehouse dashboard. Not sure about yours? Tell us its name when you book a demo and we'll check.

Is my data kept separate from other couriers?

Yes. Every courier gets its own copy of Aegis with its own database. Your packages, customers and invoices are never stored with anyone else's.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The customer portal opens in any phone or computer browser, at your web address, with your logo and colours.

Can I keep my own branding?

Yes. Your logo, colours and company details appear on the staff site, the customer portal, invoices and every email your customers receive.

How do I pay for Aegis?

You get an invoice each month or year with a link to pay by card. You can also pay by bank transfer.

What happens when my free trial ends?

We send your first invoice before the trial ends. Pay it and everything carries on without a break. Your data stays put either way.
